Friday

On arrival freshly made mocktails/juices and finger treats

  • Verde Juice (apple, cucumber, ginger and mint)
  • Pino Colada (Fresh pineapple, creamed coconut)
  • Mini summer berry mousse bites (raw vegan and gluten free)

Dinner

  • Lemony Lentil Dahl served with crispy kale and toasted cashews

After dinner

  • Raw tiramisu with cashew cream, dates and chicory

 


Saturday

Mid morning tonic shot and smoothie selection

  • Iodine Queen tonic shot (juiced pineapple and irish sea moss. Source of Iodine for Thyroid health)
  • Strawberry Dream smoothie (strawberry, dates, tahini, maca, almond milk)
  • Green Supreme (avocado, spinach, kiwi, apple, spirulina)
  • Cacao crazy (banana, cacao, coconut cream, vanilla, coconut water)

Lunch

  • A buffet selection of 3 different salads:
    Raw Thai style veg with sesame, ginger and lime dressing
    Roasted squash salad with a turmeric almond dressing
    Chickpea, sauerkraut and Kale salad with a creamy cashew garlic and dill dressing
  • Beetroot and lime hummus

Mid Afternoon Snack

  • Mini raw chocolate cherry cheezecake bites

Dinner

  • Sweet potato, lime and ginger soup served with gluten free buckwheat and seed bread

After Dinner

  • Cacao nice cream with fresh berry coulis

 


Sunday

Mid morning juice selection

  • Healing Cabala Juice (carrot, apple, beetroot, lemon)
  • Digestion Juice (celery, lemon)

Lunch

  • A buffet selection of 3 different salads:
    Kale Caesar salad with toasted almonds
    Fresh cos salad with chickpeas, avocado and raw basil pesto
    Mediterranean quinoa salad with sundried tomato, green olives, capers and fresh cucumber
  • Spinach, parsley and garlic dip

Mid Afternoon snack

  • Medjool dates stuffed with walnut and rose Iced Rooibos Tea with Vanilla

Dinner

  • Black rice buddha bowls with crispy smoked tofu, carrot, sesame and wakame salad, avocado, steamed broccoli, edamame and creamy peanut satay sauce

After Dinner

  • Raw chocolate torte
