Ground yourself
Alongside raising awareness of the effects of digital technology I enjoy working with clients to find balance in other aspects of their lives with nature and wellbeing therapies.
I use a mixture Biofield Energy Healing with NLP and Core Transformation to release stress on a mental and physical level.
Environmental conditions, emotional issues and belief systems can all affect our wellbeing. That’s why I take a holistic approach to mind and body balancing.
“Rest is no idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water or watching the clouds float across the sky is by no means a waste of time” John Lubbock
It’s time to take care of yourself. Stop for a minute, breathe, what is it you need? I offer nature and wellbeing therapies to create peace and balance in your life, conducted in beautiful surroundings.
How I came to holistic nature and wellbeing therapies
When I found that environmental factors were having an effect on my health I began to seek healing for my body but also mind and spirit. I attended the Dynamic Neural Retraining Program in Switzerland. This program assists people with environmental illnesses by using techniques to rewire the brain.
After having some improvements with my light and screen sensitivities I wanted to learn more. I found myself drawn to attend courses in NLP.
During that time, I also found that working solely with my mind, for me personally, was not enough and that my body needed to be nurtured too. I began to struggle with the hotel environment and was going to have to pull the plug on the workshop but thankfully a lovely participant on the course offered some alternative treatment. I had not experienced physical energy healing before so wasn’t sure what to expect. To be honest I had judged it as a rather new age, hippy and out there thing. Nevertheless, I was open to any help I could have in that moment and thankfully my judgement didn’t influence the experience. My body responded to the healing positively and I managed to continue with the workshop the next day. I investigated further. I was drawn to a bio energy therapy called Bi Aura. I completed my diploma at Regents College London in 2018.
All modalities I have studied have greatly assisted me towards personal growth and wellbeing and still do. I wish to share the benefits of nature and wellbeing therapies.
Another part of the picture
Impact of nature on health.
Being in nature was something I experienced from a young age. I remember the summer days laying in a field of daises watching the clouds go by, playing in the long grass with my friends and Labrador, riding my pony until sunset.
Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) or the Scandinavian philosophy of friluftislive (open air life) has been proven to promote health and wellbeing. Connection with nature and forest bathing makes us calmer, happier, more energised, lowers blood pressure and inflammation. The phytoncides in trees (essential oils) interact with our biology by raising our natural killer cells enhancing our immune function. When I began to feel the difference between the energy of polluted manmade and natural environments, I began to greatly appreciate nature. I could feel its rhythm and its interaction with my body. I could feel inflammation decreasing and my energy increasing. Brain fog would clear and I could feel my system balancing.
The frequency of nature is intrinsic to its health and existence. I therefore invite you to spend as much time in nature as you can.
The natural beauty we have here on the farm creates a healing space to be kind to yourself, build self awareness and enhance your creative mind towards achieving whatever goals you have. You may choose to stay in one of our shepherds huts while you have your therapy. If just attending for a session you are invited to take a mindful walk through our private rewilded valley, seeking out wildflowers and insects and take in some spiritual wisdom from the old oak tree.
The spaces are MCS and EHS friendly – please contact me to discuss

Unconscious or subconscious mind
The conscious mind is that part of the mind that is responsible for logic, reasoning creativity and critical thinking. It is also where our aspirations and desires reside. We only use our conscious mind around about 5-10% of the time.
During our early life we start to collect information that determines our programming. Over the years these experiences and programs we collect will govern the way we think and feel about the world. This part of us is referred to as our subconscious mind or unconscious mind. It is our hard drive and contains the software of our life programming. It is the home of our habits, reactions, bodily functions and runs up to 90-95% of our behaviours. This is where change needs to begin.
